Wooeye coloured contact lenses
OMG I love these! Wooeye lets you change your whole vibe in two sedonds flat with coloured lenses that actually look good on camera, and yes, you get them in your prescription as well. They're comfy, affordable and make it ridiculously easy to level up your look or whatever chaos you're choose to engage with.

A game change for migraine sufferers & energy

(oh and anti aging)

NAD+

I went from weekly migraines to less than one a month

I found this product by accident and started taking it for the NAD+ which is meant to be amazing for anti aging, inflammation, capillary health and a host of other benefits. Nowhere on their packaging or their site do they speak about migraines but I noticed after 4 weeks of taking it that I hadn't had a migraine. Amazed and slightly confused, if I'm honest, I started giving it to my twin who suffered the same  affliction and her migraines have reduced dramatically as well. We have both spent over 20 years trying to find a 'cure' for our migraines, even as a dietitian my sister couldn't work it out. I was so excited about it I contacted the company who said it made complete sense because of the action of the main ingredient. While it is a bit expensive it's no more expensive than what my migraines cost me and I don't have to go through the pain any more or lose those days so it's well worth it.

All I need is two a day with food, if your migraines are more frequent than mine were you may need more. At first you may experience what's called a Niacin flush, it's your body's response the large amount of Vitamin D being released into your body. It's nothing to worry about, just your capillaries opening and your body cleansing

You can use the code TR5OFF for a 5% discount if you're interested in trying it. Please

let me know how you go on this, I'd love to know if others have the same success.
