How it works
Each day you'll pick up a new simple activity and build on it very slowly, for example you might start by running 100m on day one and each day pick up another 100m. It doesn't have to be at the same time, you can walk and run and walk and run. It's your rules.
The next day you might add a glass of water with your breakfast, the day after that sending a lovely text to someone or writing yourself a quick little love note. As you collect these wonderful, self-loving activities you'll be able to look back at your progress and actually see how wonderful you are.
You choose from the list of suggestions at the back of the calendar or add your own to suit your life.
Each activity must be framed in a positive way so you don't feel repulsed or driven to do something in a bid to escape or move away from yourself. Each step should bring you closer to your queen energy self.
