INGREDIENTS

    12 falafel rounds-cooked
    3 chicken fillets (400g)-cooked and sliced
    2 cups brown basmati rice, cooked
    1 1/2 cups corn kernels- cooked 
    2 cups red cabbage-shredded
    4 spinach leaves-shredded
    1 1/2 cups chickpeas-cooked
    1/2 avocado
    2 tsp sesame seeds
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Garnish-rosemary sprig
    4 lemon wedges

MAKING THE MAGIC

Place all ingredients evenly into 4 bowls. 

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig
